If you are reading this, you have a need to connect with someone to accompany you as you navigate, or support a loved one navigating towards the end of life.

As a trained death doula, I provide emotional support and practical guidance in the dying process for individuals and the loved ones who support them. My approach brings light and clarity to death and dying. Together, we discover and implement things into the dying, death, and grieving processes that might not normally be done.

Death care for who?

  • People who are dying or terminally ill

  • Supporters and carers of the dying or terminally ill

  • People who are grieving

  • People who have experienced the sudden death of a loved one, including suicide, overdose or bad supply

  • Pet parents

  • People who are experiencing anxiety with the concept of death, and need a safe space to talk about those feelings

  • People going through the process of/ coping after an elected abortion.

Location

I work within end of life care systems including hospices, hospitals, and folks at home in Bristol.

My Journey

I come from the unceded territories of the Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm), Squamish (Swwú7mesh), and Tsleil-Waututh (səlilwətaɬ) peoples, now known as Vancouver. I studied Contemplative End of Life Care certificate training at the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Canada, and I now call Bristol home.

I come from a background in crisis and suicide support work, and have also worked as a support worker with unhoused communities and folks struggling with opioid addiction. Alongside my doula work, I also now work on the Operations team for a small non-profit organization. Logistics are my love language, and I bring those skills to my doula work by supporting people navigate the practicalities that come at end of life.

I feel most alive when talking to people about death. There is no part of our lives that death does not touch, and I have witnessed how talking about something so taboo, actually unburdens us.

I am passionate about democratizing the dying process - making end of life care more accessible, informed, and community-centered. I believe everyone deserves to understand their rights, have their wishes respected, and feel supported rather than isolated. My work focuses on sharing knowledge, building connection, and navigating the practical logistics that help ensure dignity, autonomy, and choice at the end of life.
